This book is written by Chris Guillebeau, a writer, entrepreneur and traveler. His first venture was importing coffee from Africa and sell it on-line. He collected the how to of the busiess in a single book. He traveled to 63 cities in USA and abroad to gather the business success stories of ordinary people with no special skills or high education. Its proven from this book that anyone can achieve the freedom and enjoy the life the way he wants.

There is no secret or shortcuts but this book is all about the practical thing which we can do to take responsibility for your own future. After finishing once I regularly go through this, sometimes even a single page. I never find any preaching kind of thing. All thoughts and stories mentioned in this book are connected to the reality and if we look around us, we can see the similar examples.

Also its proven that earning is not all about working for others. There are people who decided not to work for others and they did their own, either small or big. Getting into some job and spending few years in that does not decide our destiny to stay there till retirement. Now a days when trends and technologies are changing very fast, also working is for others is a risky, specially some skills which take long time to start working as expert and used in very specific domain. I realized this when my area of my expertise had some changes and not all in the organization have opportunity to work on the latest technology.

One of my friend who own and run his own travel agency, left the MNC job and joined small organization to avoid the comfort zone of large organizations as he had vision to work for his own. There are many example where people took the opportunities broken all the codes by others. A colleague running various business while working in the shifts, another started food delivery even working in the office. There is no need of huge money and leaving the regular job to start the process. That can be done in parallel and can be give full time when have much success.  

This is not about kicking your boss and run away from office but to live your dream and make yourself away from the dirt of office politics and war to prove who is more suitable to the work culture instead of doing the right things.
