At some stage most of us hear about MLM also famous with network marketing. They ask to start with some amount (comes in many ranges) of investment and then you can recruit others investors as your down line. There is reward for more and more recruitments or purchase made by down lines.

 Normally this is a fascinating for the salaried or busy professionals who are easily lured with such kind of schemes in the name of side income or side business. Till now I came across the MLM companies who offer wellness products, Gold coin, and grocery, invest and get percentage return every month, online survey, watch the ad, responding email, holiday package and many others.  The companies who are running invest and giving returns scheme then it’s easy to figure out that they are fraud. Long ago I invested in those just for fun, also few of my friends invested as my down line but I made them very clear to them that there is no guarantee and risk is totally yours and try to withdraw your principals amount first .The biggest loss happens to those who invested in the company few weeks or days before company shuts its operations. There may be many reasons and stories but there is one thumb rule that they have to close one day sometimes it is banned by the government or sometimes by the owners.

About the online working, it’s very like to get lured by online survey or online review writing who pay a big amount of money for small work if you make registration with them by paying some money in the name of security , trainings etc. If some company requires review then more likely they send you some nominal amount gift showing the logo or name of the company, like once I received T-shirt from autjunction.com for writing the review of my car on their website and also many time received offer from my bank that if I fix some minimum amount for a minimum period then they will send some umbrella, USB hub, wind cheater or wrist watch but all showing the bank logo and name. Normally earning online takes lot of research and efforts. There are few success storied where someone made 100s of thousand of dollar by selling some particular game or application but experience and efforts prior to the success cannot be ignored. Full time bloggers are making thousands of dollars per month but there is great effort to reach to that point and then again innovate and create to maintain the same.

There are companies who offer some health and wellness products, grocery, home and kitchen accessories or insurance tied up with some reputed companies. Companies offering wellness products normally claim to have many big farms and make many products like juice, wellness tablets and capsules etc. There is no regulatory to check the authenticity of these products and also medical professionals do not find any reference to prove that it’s good for the health. The nutritional elements extracted from the fruits are good for the health either someone eat the fruit, drink the juice or making tablets , capsule or powder form but the best way to get benefited from the fruit is to eat the fresh fruit. Transforming into other shaped to make nice packaging must have made its benefit lesser than the original. The product sold by these wellness companies far higher than the real, For example, Glucosamine for joint pain can be bought in India around 100-200 INR while from famous network marketing company its Rs 3000. Also there is claim from international MLM companies that their product is better but there is no benchmark or testing system which can justify the price 20 times expensive than the market? They have incentive on the basis of sales volume (mostly push sales) for their member. Members are free to talk about the products for which they are not sure about.

There were companies who used to sell gold coins were asking to purchase their rewards point what they called Dollar. You could purchase the Rewards point or their dollar .To complete your order you have to register on their website using the coupon purchased from company’s distributors directly or from the existing member who earned these points by referring the other members. Once you have changed your money with their points then there is surety of its exchange with you. If the purchased item is reached to you then it’s great otherwise just you’ll have to forget your paid money.
