Mouse and keyboard in the laptops.

By this time, laptop have replaced desktop for most of the activities either for business, personal work or freelance workers. How much are comfortable we are to use the touch mouse and in build keyboard of your laptop. Normally the design of the laptop’s mouse and keyboards are made for short working and when they are used for long time you may get pain in wrists and sometime in shoulder or depending upon the usage style, it may create some issue.
Back in 2003 when continuously I was used the mouse with right hand then it was irritating when I have pain in the wrist and also it was not possible to avoid the work and take rest. It was resolved by a nice idea. Without changing the mouse properties I practiced to use the mouse with my left hand by bringing the mouse on left side. Also it’s better if also we have a habit of daily exercise even for short time. Warming up the body for exercise covers almost all the joints and few steps of exercise make your body ready to face the day. Continuous inactivity makes oxygen less in the body and creates big mess in long term.  In addition to these, Practicing to use the mouse also with left hand will give you flexibility and load will be shared between both hands rather one hand working all the day or long time.
Now I have completed more than 10 years practicing this , normally I start working with mouse at left side and whenever I few left hand gets pain or there is sign of tiredness then immediately switch the mouse on right side and use as usual and vice versa. In addition to exercising, pressing softball to relax the wrist and fingers, using mouse with both hands with efficiency is a good option to avoid the excessive load on one hand.

Also I noticed that after using normal keyboard of desktop the small keys of  laptop are not so comfortable so better to have an external keyboard , I’m using Logitech K120 to attach with the USB port of the  laptop and its makes great difference when someone working long time from his laptop.
