TypeScript is superset of JavaScript and next version of AngularJS which are Angular (2 and 4) are based on typeScript. Sublime text is major editor but it does not have TS by default.
1. Find the location of the packages by opening Preferences -> Browse Packages...
for example following folder location will open:
2. cd this location in the DOS prompt:
3. As mentioned in the instruction on Sublime website: Sublime package control (TypeScript), clone the following git address:

git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/Microsoft/TypeScript-Sublime-Plugin.git TypeScript
After cloning this package, you will be ready to go..
